The Story of Race 2 is set on the lush locales of Exotic Turkey, with a backdrop of gambling and casinos. Ranveer Singh (Saif Ali Khan) takes the story forward showing more hidden traits of his multi faceted personality than before. Sonia (Bipasha Basu) Ranveer’s lover and partner from Race, dies in a car blast. A cold fury seeps in raveer’s heart and he makes a vow to avenge Sonia’s death. Armaan Mallick (John Abraham) heads the Indian Mafia in Turkey. He and his partner Aleena (Deepika Padukone) run the smartest criminal outfit in the Country. As Ranveer tracks Sonia’s murderer, he Meets Armaan Malick, Aleena and Armaan Mallick’s fiancee Omisha ( Jacqueline Fernandez). He also takes help from his old friend RD (Anil Kapoor), who now has a new assistant named Cherry (Ameesha Patel). Ranveer treads through this world of ruthlessness depending only on his wits. A world where you cannot trust anyone, a world where betrayal lurks at every corner, where loyalties change every minute, where love is just a four letter word. The plot moves with reckless speed from one exotic locale to another at a breakneck speed full of unexpected twists and turns taking forward the legacy of race.
