How are items packaged?
All items are carefully packaged at our warehouses – as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap.
What are the delivery charges and Payment?
Shipping charges of USD $6.60 will be charged on orders below USD $66.01 and if the cost of courier/shipping is more than USD $6.60, then we can demand more money from you.
Flat Shipping charges of USD $6.60 will be charged on orders above USD $66.13.
(We suggest that you shop at least USD $66.13 to avoid high shipping costs.)
If you make a purchase of USD $184.06 or more from our website then we offer FREE Shipping.
The shipping charges are dependent on destination country and the weight of the shipment.
Any import/custom duties or local duties levied at destination would be borne by the recipient of the shipment.
The actual amount charged on your account / card might differ than what is shown at the time of transaction due to difference in exchange rate applied by us and your card issuing company / payment gateway and surcharges applied by these.
What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated delivery time is within 15-45 business days for all worldwide orders, so customer should wait till this time period.
All worldwide orders are dispatched within 1-5 business days from our or seller’s warehouse but there are occasional delays due to stock unavailability and other reasons.
Once the shipment is handed over to shipping company, no modification can be made to the order. Any change in delivery address or specific delivery instructions would be accepted only if Courier Company is able to entertain these.
If you feel that there is a delay in the delivery of the goods, then please wait for the estimated delivery time of 15-45 days only after that we will be able to take some concrete steps. If you approach your credit, debit card or bank for refund within this time period, it is like giving rise to a dispute, after which you may have to face huge delay in refund, for which you will be completely liable.
Note: Some countries have very high shipping charges so we may charge additional shipping charges for which we will contact you via email (inbox & spam) and order details so check email (inbox & spam) and order details. We will hold your order until you pay us the additional shipping charges or respond and will not issue a refund without your permission.
How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries through reputed courier companies like Aramex, Fedex, Delhivery & Post….
If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
If you want to cancel your order before sending the order and offer refund, then you will be charged a fixed processing fee which will vary according to your cards.
Order cannot be canceled after courier or shipping order is booked.
After the goods are delivered, there is a problem or defect in the goods and if you want a refund in return, then the goods will have to be returned to us first and as soon as we receive the goods, within 5-10 days after that your money will be returned. And whatever courier or shipping costs you incur while returning the goods, you have to bear it yourself. (Note: Notify us within 48 hours after order is delivered, we will not be responsible for complaints after 48 hours.)
